I love CrossFit, ever since I started in 2016, then I coached CrossFit Kids for years at the Prairie Athletic Club and loved it. Sadly the pandemic kind of took a toll on that, but I still do CrossFit and coach part time now at CrossFit Foremost/CrossFit Connex :). One of the funnest ways I could combine my love of CrossFit is painting on friends who were heading to the Games or we had a Hero workout and I got to paint for the event :).
